Yes, you read that right, re-emerged. The EP that I was working on to be released in between Midnight & Lion and Faders has been found. I forgot about the project but I was singing lyrics to one of the songs in my head the other day and was like, damn where is that song?! So I went through my storage drive on my main and recovered every project that was missing from my collection. Of course included were the EP which I never was able to get to sound the way I intended and some bonus mixtape-type (due to me not producing the beats) songs I also completed. This was all originally to be released as one big mixtape called Milk & Cookies, following Appetizers, (the bad quality ep songs and the orphaned 3rd party produced projects).. However, after further investigation I decided to separate the songs I produced for me, from the random songs… they were only going to be associated with those because none of the songs were finished, or had much effort put towards them originally… or I just didn’t believe in the projects. Anyways, I did continue to update the EP & the songs are very good and meet their goals, however the quality of them is still unlistenable (all my music was unlistenable back then cause my equipment sucked & my mixing/mastering skills were in development.) Anyways, I’m going to be adding this project back where it belongs and working on it as well as we move forward to the big release.

Also I discovered the never before released but very good song that was the father of Appetizers project, called ‘Comeback’… I always had it but what I had was not workable in my opinion because the original recording I did for it which sounded phenomenal, I accidentally deleted and saved the project. So poof I thought it was lost for good and when I re-recorded it I wasn’t satisfied that it lived up to what I felt I had just nailed, and basically decided to end the project there…

You have to understand the Appetizers project was all recorded in 2 days, the songs were all written in 2 longgggg sessions, during my walks around the city, but because i was deep in Midnight & Lion– I never intended to really put much effort into Appetizers as I was with my album. So I called it Appetizers, because I was just making the project to help promote the bigger project… and at the time, I had NO time, I was literally fighting against total poverty to continue making the projects full time…

Anyways I didn’t actually lose the original recordings for good, as I know now I can just dig through all the recording from that day and manually place them back into the song. So I have found what I think I lost, and its funny because while I was auditioning the recordings I just heard my recording rants and so I’ve decided to also use those for a kind of behind the scenes bonus, both will be in the release of Appetizers.
